Job Requirements
- At least three years of progressive work experience in food service leadership
- proven experience in financial management and controls
- advanced skills in budgeting, labor, and food cost management
- ability to oversee multi-location delivery and distribution operations
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
- proven experience in financial management and controls
- advanced skills in math and financial management, such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls
- bachelor’s degree in nutrition, hotel and restaurant management, or related field, or equivalent related work experience
Job Duties
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments
- functioning as the liaison in all administrative roles within the budget
- assuming responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and preparation and service of food
- supervising staff and facilitating staff development
