Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and administer rewards and discipline including terminations
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • foster employee engagement and shape restaurant culture
  • coach and mentor team members
  • model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • champion sales building and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • meet and greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
  • maintain cost controls and profit management
  • enforce safety and health regulations
  • ensure safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • control cash, inventory, labor scheduling, and financial reports
  • manage food and labor costs
  • ensure proper use of equipment and facility maintenance
  • perform all other duties as assigned
