Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant environments
  • knowledge of OSHA and local health and safety regulations
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient computer skills
  • capability to manage labor and food costs
  • flexible to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and manage disciplinary actions

  • coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
