Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
  • Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Oversee restaurant profitability by closely monitoring P&L and implementing sales-boosting strategies
  • Motivate and lead team members to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a clean facility
  • Address guest feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff to build a strong team
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve performance and morale
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize labor costs while maintaining service standards
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
  • Uphold operational and brand standards consistently throughout the restaurant
  • Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinators when needed
