Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Oversee restaurant profitability by closely monitoring P&L and implementing sales-boosting strategies
- Motivate and lead team members to deliver excellent guest service and maintain a clean facility
- Address guest feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff to build a strong team
- Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to improve performance and morale
- Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize labor costs while maintaining service standards
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies
- Uphold operational and brand standards consistently throughout the restaurant
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinators when needed
