Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience running high volume restaurants or related fields
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to meet McDonald's customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant ensuring it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee discipline to maintain a productive work environment
