Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have prior General Manager experience preferably in quick-service restaurants
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high standards of quality and service
- Willingness to hire and develop team members
- Ability to follow operational procedures and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
- Experience in quick-service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- Set restaurant and departmental goals and create plans to achieve them
- Monitor and provide coaching to Department Managers
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Foster a positive, productive work environment
