Unlike corporate-owned locations, this franchisee operates under a license agreement authorized by McDonald's USA, allowing them to use McDonald's iconic logos, trademarks, and food products in their day-to-day business. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Prior managerial experience strongly desired
  • Experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals and operational standards
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
  • Lead and develop a team of Department Managers to improve their department performance
  • Set restaurant goals with leadership and create actionable plans to achieve them
  • Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build strong management teams
  • Monitor department progress, provide coaching, and offer direction for continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
