Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior managerial experience strongly desired
- Experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors preferred
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals and operational standards
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
- Lead and develop a team of Department Managers to improve their department performance
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create actionable plans to achieve them
- Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to build strong management teams
- Monitor department progress, provide coaching, and offer direction for continuous improvement
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
