Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous general manager experience is required
- experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
- ability to lead and develop teams
- must be able to work flexible hours
- effective communication skills
- commitment to meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- experience in managing high-volume restaurant locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is beneficial
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to work collaboratively with a team
- excellent organizational and planning skills
- must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s quality standards
- lead a team of Department Managers
- set and achieve restaurant goals
