Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- set restaurant goals with leader and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
- improve operational performance of Departments to enhance overall restaurant success
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
- oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
