Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred

  • 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leader and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting their goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction
  • improve operational performance of Departments to enhance overall restaurant success
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team
  • oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
