Job Requirements

  • Minimal age 25
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Background check required
  • Ability to work an average of 45-48 hours per week
  • Availability to work a mix of dayparts
  • Availability to work 2 Sundays and 2 closings per week

Job Qualifications

  • McDonald’s managerial experience or equivalent in quick service restaurant
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is a major plus
  • Basic knowledge and application of computer skills
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage operational budgets and financial processes

Job Duties

  • Ensuring safety and profitability while adhering to the business plan
  • Producing manager schedules, requests, punches and approvals
  • Submitting daily and weekly deposits, payroll and safe accountability and audits
  • Working with the kitchen department manager on food safety checks and calibrations
  • Operating supply inventory and ordering
  • Monitoring kitchen operational metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with the guest service manager on hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Managing POP and signage
  • Monitoring operational metrics and targets
  • Coordinating with the people department manager on ongoing team training
  • Managing team promotions, recognition and turnover
  • Overseeing team schedules
  • Reporting directly to the area supervisor
