Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-5 years of management experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality
- Experience managing in a fast-casual or quick service restaurant environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and food safety standards
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- High level of initiative and reliability
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations by overseeing brand standards and procedures
- Serve as the main contact for customer service issues and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
- Provide training and support to team members across all stations
- Demonstrate leadership on the floor and motivate the team
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
- Oversee restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
- Handle cash and financial reporting tasks
- Enforce company policies and promote accountability
- Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
