Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2-5 years of management experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality
  • Experience managing in a fast-casual or quick service restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and food safety standards
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • High level of initiative and reliability
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations by overseeing brand standards and procedures
  • Serve as the main contact for customer service issues and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Ensure food preparation meets quality and safety standards
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
  • Provide training and support to team members across all stations
  • Demonstrate leadership on the floor and motivate the team
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
  • Oversee restaurant cleanliness and maintenance
  • Handle cash and financial reporting tasks
  • Enforce company policies and promote accountability
  • Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
