- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience managing operations within major hotel brands such as Choice, IHG, or Marriott
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, or project management
Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, daily bank deposits, and local sales execution
- Lead and coach the entire hotel team with weekly schedules, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and conduct daily inspections of vacant rooms
- Complete and submit required weekly reports and participate in all corporate calls to align with company goals
