Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Previous general manager experience
- Experience in high volume fast food or hospitality settings
- Ability to lead and coach a team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Commitment to high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Lead and support a team of Department Managers
- Assist Department Managers in setting goals and monitor their progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
