Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years property or facilities management experience
- effective communication skills
- problem-solving ability

- ability to stand for 8 hours
- ability to climb steps regularly
- ability to read and write work-related documents in English
- speech clarity
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical presence at community required
- CMCA or AMS certification recommended
- PCAM certification welcome
- condominium management experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related management experience required (facilities management such as hotel, resort, rental or condo)

Job Duties
- Plan and develop daily operations
- schedule, supervise, and participate in operational duties
- recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct management and staff
- maintain accounting records, manage vendor expenses, negotiate contracts
- manage P&L statement and budget variances
- respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints
- attend board and committee meetings and provide management reports
- assist board leadership development and provide administrative tools
- implement board decisions and administer community programs
- maintain safe facility environment and standards
- notify district manager of safety or quality control issues
- represent the company professionally in all interactions
