Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • secure reliable transportation to and from store and other locations when needed
  • willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • commitment to promoting food safety culture
  • eligible to work in the country
  • pass a background investigation
  • willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a fast-food or similar restaurant environment
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to train and develop team members
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • customer service orientation
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
