Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- secure reliable transportation to and from store and other locations when needed
- willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- commitment to promoting food safety culture
- eligible to work in the country
- pass a background investigation
- willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- Experience in managing a fast-food or similar restaurant environment
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- ability to train and develop team members
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- customer service orientation
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
