Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in food service management
  • Experience with contract dining operations preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
  • Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • Experience in catering management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expertise in menu planning and presentation
  • Ability to recruit and retain effective teams
  • Technology literacy

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food service operations including preparation, service, and sanitation
  • Implement company cycle menus and recipes accurately
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, and employee personnel programs
  • Ensure exceptional customer and client relations
  • Lead team building and employee retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
  • Collaborate with Client Administration and District Manager to achieve operational goals
