Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of management experience in retail or food service
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of relevant safety and health regulations
  • reliable and punctual
  • capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • valid work authorization

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in cash handling and financial reporting
  • knowledge of inventory control and cost management
  • familiarity with scheduling and labor management software
  • ability to enforce compliance with safety and operational standards
  • customer service oriented
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
  • supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
  • monitor and control variable operating expenses
  • manage cash handling and ensure timely financial reporting including bank deposits and safe security
  • maintain inventory levels, reduce waste, and prevent unauthorized giveaways
  • ensure compliance with uniform policy and appearance standards
  • oversee ongoing and periodic cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • coordinate with District Manager for staffing needs and scheduling
  • maintain accurate timekeeping for all employees
  • review and authorize payment of vendor invoices
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations
  • provide disciplined leadership with clear expectations and accountability
  • coordinate local promotional and marketing activities
  • maintain positive relationships with mall management and participate in community business initiatives
  • perform additional duties as assigned
