Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of management experience in retail or food service
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- knowledge of relevant safety and health regulations

- capable of standing and moving for extended periods

Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- supervise and direct staff including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- monitor and control variable operating expenses
- manage cash handling and ensure timely financial reporting including bank deposits and safe security
- maintain inventory levels, reduce waste, and prevent unauthorized giveaways
- ensure compliance with uniform policy and appearance standards
- oversee ongoing and periodic cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- coordinate with District Manager for staffing needs and scheduling
- maintain accurate timekeeping for all employees
- review and authorize payment of vendor invoices
- ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations
- provide disciplined leadership with clear expectations and accountability
- coordinate local promotional and marketing activities
- maintain positive relationships with mall management and participate in community business initiatives
- perform additional duties as assigned
