Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general management or related role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Valid work authorization in the United States

- Proven experience in retail or QSR general management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in staff training and development
Job Duties
- Achieve sales, labor, and food cost targets for store profitability
- Supervise and direct store staff including recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and scheduling
- Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage store assets including security and cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels, control waste, and reduce operating expenses
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities with district management
- Comply with all company policies and federal, state regulations
- Maintain equipment and facilities ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Perform administrative duties such as reporting, invoice authorization, and record keeping
- Serve as a working manager on the front line with team members
