Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of restaurant experience preferred
- knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to push, reach, bend, stoop, and use hands for handling objects
- capability to taste, smell, and verbally communicate
- ability to use various forms of vision
- capacity to access all restaurant areas
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- compliance with state alcohol serving regulations if applicable
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a leadership role

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and administer rewards or discipline including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive restaurant culture and employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to staff
- assist team members with category duties as needed
- lead sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest and hour
- meet and greet guests while resolving food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with proper cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors to maintain safety
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and scheduling
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- control food costs via recipe and portion adherence
- manage labor costs with optimized scheduling
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform other duties as assigned
