Job Requirements
- At least six years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
- proven experience in financial management and controls
- advanced skills in math and financial management, such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
- alternatively, equivalent related work experience

- proven experience in financial management and controls
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience in professional dining and catering environments
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and oversee all activities and systems in dining service and nutrition departments
- function as liaison for all administrative roles within the budget
- assume responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and food preparation and service
- supervise staff and facilitate staff development
