Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic business math and computer skills
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Plan, assign, direct work, evaluate performance, and discipline employees when necessary
- Cultivate a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and employee success
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable environment
- Communicate sales performance, cascade corporate initiatives, and assist team members as needed
- Champion sales-building activities and maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality or service issues
- Maintain efficient cost controls and profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors for staff and guests
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- Control cash procedures, inventory, labor management, and financial reporting
- Manage P&L by controlling food, labor, and other costs
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform all other duties as assigned
