Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to travel to assigned store and other locations
- ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- proficiency in using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
- willingness to complete SERV Safe certification by end of training
- ability to lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management

- ability to manage financial and operational goals
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- understanding of food safety regulations
- effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
