Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to travel to assigned store and other locations
  • ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • proficiency in using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • willingness to complete SERV Safe certification by end of training
  • ability to lead management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service management
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage financial and operational goals
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • understanding of food safety regulations
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
