Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to commute to work and other locations
- ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- willing to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- commitment to leadership and teaching team members
- ability to maintain balance between employee and guest experience and financial goals
- willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant management or leadership position
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- ability to manage budgets and financial controls
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Duties
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
