Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to commute to work and other locations
  • ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • willing to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • commitment to leadership and teaching team members
  • ability to maintain balance between employee and guest experience and financial goals
  • willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training

  • experience in restaurant management or leadership position
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to manage budgets and financial controls
  • high school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
