Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a leadership role required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred

- Prior leadership experience in restaurant management

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- cultivate a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to enhance job success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and expected variances to management team
- implement corporate programs and initiatives
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain operational efficiency with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors for employees and guests
- monitor food quality and cleanliness daily
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- oversee financial reports and employee schedules
- manage P&L including food, labor, and other controllable costs
- ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform additional duties as assigned
