- Experience with catering management

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
- Experience in contract dining environments such as hospitals, schools, or corporate dining
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with catering management
- Technology savvy and able to adapt to operational software
Job Duties
- Oversee food service operations including menu implementation and recipe adherence
- Manage purchasing, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities
- Coordinate employee programs, scheduling, and personnel management
- Ensure sanitation and food preparation standards are maintained
- Develop and maintain strong customer and client relationships
- Lead team building, recruitment, and retention initiatives
- Utilize technology and POS systems to streamline operations
