Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management roles
  • Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • Experience with catering management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extensive restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to implement menus with appealing presentations
  • Experienced in team building and recruitment
  • Tech savvy
  • Hospitality degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
  • Experience in contract dining environments such as hospitals, schools, or corporate dining
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with catering management
  • Technology savvy and able to adapt to operational software

Job Duties

  • Oversee food service operations including menu implementation and recipe adherence
  • Manage purchasing, budgeting, and bookkeeping activities
  • Coordinate employee programs, scheduling, and personnel management
  • Ensure sanitation and food preparation standards are maintained
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and client relationships
  • Lead team building, recruitment, and retention initiatives
  • Utilize technology and POS systems to streamline operations
