- minimum three years experience in food service management
- experience in contract dining settings preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple operations
- proficiency with POS and retail sales systems
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- willing to work flexible hours

- Three plus years in a food service manager role (front and back)
- knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
- catering management experience
- impeccable communication skills

- thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas

- hospitality degree a strong plus
Job Duties
- Institute company cycle menus and recipes
- plan and oversee purchasing
- manage employee personnel programs and scheduling
- perform bookkeeping tasks
- maintain customer and client relations
- oversee food preparation, service, and sanitation
- ensure accountability for total operation results
