Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance

  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and algebra

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded every visit
  • Oversee restaurant operations and manage business objectives
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals
  • Maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • Protect Wendy's brand and assets
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Anticipate and resolve operational problems
  • Maintain fast and accurate service while meeting company standards
  • Participate in marketing programs
