Job Duties

  • Plan and oversee menu implementation and recipe management
  • manage purchasing and inventory control
  • develop and supervise employee personnel programs including recruitment and retention
  • create and maintain staff schedules
  • handle bookkeeping and financial documentation
  • foster positive customer and client relations
  • ensure compliance with food preparation, service, and sanitation standards
