Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 plus years of experience in food service management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in contract dining or related food service settings
  • ability to manage multiple locations
  • proficiency with retail POS and catering systems
  • commitment to food safety and sanitation
  • ability to work under pressure
  • willingness to lead and develop teams

Job Qualifications

  • at least 3 years of experience in a food service manager role
  • knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
  • experience in catering management
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of restaurant management
  • understanding of menu implementation and presentation
