Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with retail sales and POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and bookkeeping
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years in a food service manager role front and back
- Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
- Catering management experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Restaurant management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with presentation skills
- Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
- Technology savvy
- Hospitality degree a strong plus
Job Duties
- Oversee all food service operations including retail, cafe, patient dining, and culinary services
- Institute and manage company cycle menus and recipes
- Plan and manage purchasing, supply chain, and vendor relations
- Develop and oversee employee personnel programs including recruitment, training, and retention
- Schedule and manage staff to meet operational needs
- Maintain bookkeeping and financial reporting for food service operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Foster positive customer and client relations
- Collaborate with client administration and district management to align operations with company goals
