Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with retail sales and POS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage financial aspects including budgeting and bookkeeping
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role front and back
  • Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • Catering management experience
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with presentation skills
  • Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
  • Technology savvy
  • Hospitality degree a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food service operations including retail, cafe, patient dining, and culinary services
  • Institute and manage company cycle menus and recipes
  • Plan and manage purchasing, supply chain, and vendor relations
  • Develop and oversee employee personnel programs including recruitment, training, and retention
  • Schedule and manage staff to meet operational needs
  • Maintain bookkeeping and financial reporting for food service operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Foster positive customer and client relations
  • Collaborate with client administration and district management to align operations with company goals
