Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
- Proven leadership skills in a contract dining or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in POS and inventory systems
Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years in a food service manager role front and back
- Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
- Catering management experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Restaurant management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
- Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
- Technology savvy
- Hospitality degree a strong plus
Job Duties
- Oversee food service operations across Sacred Heart and Allentown campuses
- Implement company cycle menus and recipes
- Manage purchasing, scheduling, and bookkeeping
- Lead employee personnel programs including recruitment and retention
- Ensure compliance with food preparation and sanitation standards
- Maintain customer and client relations
- Report to Client Administration and District Manager
