Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service management
  • Proven leadership skills in a contract dining or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in POS and inventory systems

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role front and back
  • Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • Catering management experience
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
  • Technology savvy
  • Hospitality degree a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee food service operations across Sacred Heart and Allentown campuses
  • Implement company cycle menus and recipes
  • Manage purchasing, scheduling, and bookkeeping
  • Lead employee personnel programs including recruitment and retention
  • Ensure compliance with food preparation and sanitation standards
  • Maintain customer and client relations
  • Report to Client Administration and District Manager
