Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience
  • 4 to 6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • must be able to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without sitting
  • capable of pushing, lifting, carrying, and transferring up to 50 pounds
  • able to reach, use hands to handle objects, bend and stoop
  • able to taste, smell, verbally communicate
  • able to use close, distance, peripheral, color vision and adjust focus
  • available to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and address complaints
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure success
  • communicate sales performance and corporate programs
  • assist team members with job duties as needed
  • champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
  • maintain cost controls and profit management
  • ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • control cash, inventory, food, labor, and schedules
  • manage P&L including food and labor costs
  • ensure proper use of equipment
  • maintain facility and company assets
