Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4 to 6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- must be able to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without sitting
- capable of pushing, lifting, carrying, and transferring up to 50 pounds
- able to reach, use hands to handle objects, bend and stoop
- able to taste, smell, verbally communicate
- able to use close, distance, peripheral, color vision and adjust focus
- available to work varied shifts and weekends

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and address complaints
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success
- communicate sales performance and corporate programs
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- meet and greet guests, resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash, inventory, food, labor, and schedules
- manage P&L including food and labor costs
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
