Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 2-5 years of management experience in business, restaurant or hospitality
  • experience managing in fast-casual or quick service restaurant environment preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and food safety/sanitation standards
  • basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • high level of initiative and reliability
  • able to work full-time on-site
  • able to adapt to fast-paced environment with positive attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations overseeing Pincho brand standards
  • serve as point of contact for customer service and resolve guest issues
  • ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff
  • demonstrate strong floor leadership and motivate team
  • maintain expert knowledge of menu and train team accordingly
  • manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
  • oversee cleanliness, daily and weekly maintenance
  • assist with cash handling and financial reporting
  • enforce company policies and foster accountability
  • uphold health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
