Job Requirements

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role (front and back)
  • experience in contract dining such as hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining accounts
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational tasks
  • knowledge of POS and retail sales systems
  • capable of maintaining sanitation and safety standards
  • proficiency in bookkeeping and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role (front and back)
  • knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • catering management experience
  • impeccable communication skills
  • restaurant management knowledge
  • thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas

Job Duties

  • Institute company cycle menus and recipes
  • plan and oversee purchasing
  • manage employee personnel programs
  • develop staff scheduling
  • handle bookkeeping and financial tracking
  • oversee customer and client relations
  • supervise food preparation, service, and sanitation
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • lead team building and employee retention efforts
  • manage catering services
  • utilize POS and retail sales systems
  • report operational results to Client Administration and District Manager
