Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in dietary, food safety, food service management or similar
- USDA certification in School Nutrition if holding a degree in another discipline
- minimum 3 years experience in food service management including front and back of house operations
- knowledge of retail sales and POS systems
- catering management experience
- impeccable communication skills
- restaurant management knowledge
- proficiency in menu planning and presentation
- strong team building and retention program experience
- technology savvy
