Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- Passion for helping and serving others customers and fellow team members
- 1+ years experience leading motivating and or developing others or US military service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant aspects including food production guest service and direct crew and manager work
- Recruit hire and onboard staff
- Manage staffing and performance processes
- Train coach and motivate team members
- Make critical business decisions on inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain guest and employee safety standards
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans
