Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Experience in sales and team leadership
- Ability to complete two weeks of on-site training
- Strong ethical standards and professional image
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to engage in long and short range strategic planning
Job Qualifications
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF or license in therapeutic massage or accredited bodywork
- Proven management experience in sales or health/wellness sector
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of financial models and budgeting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and listening skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the location
- Oversee staff training and development
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial models
- Implement strategic plans for business growth
- Act as a mentor and educator for team members
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
- Conduct training on Stretch Zone modalities
