- Experience in food service industry in a large multi-outlet facility
- willing to relocate to Buffalo/Niagara NY commute area
- able to manage retail, food court, concessions, cafe, and catering operations
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication
- ability to oversee food preparation and sanitation
- proficiency in POS systems
- minimum 3 years food service management experience
