Job Requirements

  • Experience in food service industry in a large multi-outlet facility
  • willing to relocate to Buffalo/Niagara NY commute area
  • able to manage retail, food court, concessions, cafe, and catering operations
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication
  • ability to oversee food preparation and sanitation
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • minimum 3 years food service management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality degree a strong plus
  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role
  • knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • catering management experience
  • impeccable communication skills
  • restaurant management knowledge
  • menu implementation expertise

  • Institute company cycle menus and recipes
  • plan and oversee purchasing
