Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
  • ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
  • eligibility to work in this country
  • pass a background investigation

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to manage financial controls and budgets
  • experience in staff recruitment and training

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
