Job Requirements
- College coursework preferred
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Previous management or hospitality industry experience required
- Proficiency communicating in English
- Bilingual preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have basic mathematical skills
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant including standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and noisy environment
- Ability to operate potentially hazardous equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Previous management experience or hospitality industry experience
- Proficiency in English communication including speaking, reading, and writing
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Basic mathematical skills
Job Duties
- Plan and direct restaurant operations including staffing and scheduling
- Oversee food quality control and safety compliance
- Manage guest satisfaction and handle customer issues
- Ensure building maintenance and cleanliness
- Control financial aspects such as budgeting and cost management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the restaurant team
- Implement company policies and procedures
