Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
  • Must be able to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles preferred
  • Ability to manage teams effectively
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations preferred
  • Experience in scheduling and payroll management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale and computer systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Establish objectives and goals for operations and supervise daily shift operations
  • Procure the implementation of best practices regarding the operation
  • Model passion for service, establishing an engaging dynamic with customers and employees at the restaurant
  • Attend and resolve problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
  • Involve in operational and technical training of employees
  • Provide timely performance feedback and ensure team development according to plan
  • Maintain safety and food quality standards
  • Verify customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints
  • Organize schedules, track employee hours and record payroll data
  • Place orders from vendors
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L)
  • Ensure all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
  • Coordinate daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Control operational costs and identify ways for operational efficiency
  • Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding
  • Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
