Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Preferred 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certification
- Ability to work with computers
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
- Must be able to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles preferred
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations preferred
- Experience in scheduling and payroll management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate point-of-sale and computer systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Establish objectives and goals for operations and supervise daily shift operations
- Procure the implementation of best practices regarding the operation
- Model passion for service, establishing an engaging dynamic with customers and employees at the restaurant
- Attend and resolve problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
- Involve in operational and technical training of employees
- Provide timely performance feedback and ensure team development according to plan
- Maintain safety and food quality standards
- Verify customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints
- Organize schedules, track employee hours and record payroll data
- Place orders from vendors
- Manage profit and loss (P&L)
- Ensure all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Coordinate daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Control operational costs and identify ways for operational efficiency
- Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
