Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or GED
- two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word
Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- competent in all FOH and BOH positions
- responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant FOH and BOH
- responsible for same store sales growth
- responsible for line speed measured using transaction times
- serve as primary point of contact for customer service matters and overall customer reviews
- handle execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
- coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- review weekly employee schedules
- complete weekly reports including self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, online ordering, inventory
- have thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
- follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain neat and clean appearance
- adhere to and ensure employees follow proper policies and procedures in the employee handbook
- perform other duties as assigned
