  • 5+ years of senior management experience in upscale, high-volume dining ($15M+ annual sales or equivalent)
  • proven ability to manage and motivate large teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in driving profitability and controlling costs
  • exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • a passion for creating world-class guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of a large-scale, high-volume restaurant while maintaining elevated service standards
  • recruit, train, and inspire a large front-of-house team to consistently deliver best-in-class hospitality
  • drive revenue and profitability with full P&L responsibility across $25M in annual sales
  • partner with the culinary and bar leadership teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction
  • be a visible, hands-on leader during service, embodying professionalism and approachability
  • maintain adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations
