Job Duties
- Have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations
- control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved
- ensure the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved
- provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed
- develop and maintain strong client relationships
- manage food service operational budgets
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
