Job Duties

  • Have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations
  • control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved
  • ensure the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved
  • provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed
  • develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • manage food service operational budgets
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
