Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in food and beverage within a luxury environment
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a food and beverage team
  • Flexible and willing to work a 24-hour operation schedule
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Knowledge of financial performance management
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
