Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience in food and beverage within a luxury environment
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a food and beverage team
- Flexible and willing to work a 24-hour operation schedule
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of financial performance management
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Motivate and engage team members to foster a positive work environment
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service
- Manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Anticipate and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
