Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Experience managing a profit and loss statement, food cost, and labor
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
