Job Requirements
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- no DUI/DWI in the last 12 months
- no preventable DOT accidents in the last 12 months
- no serious violations in the last 12 months
- must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid CDL license for driving positions
- strong work ethic and reliability
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- adaptability to learn new systems and processes
- safety-first mindset and knowledge of industry regulations
- prior experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance preferred
Job Duties
- Hauling freight safely and efficiently across designated routes
- managing logistics solutions to optimize delivery schedules
- maintaining strict adherence to DOT and FMCSA safety regulations
- collaborating with operations, dispatch, and customer support teams to ensure smooth transport processes
- performing preventative maintenance checks and reporting any fleet issues
- supporting compliance initiatives and company safety programs
- communicating effectively with team members and customers to provide timely updates
