Job Requirements

Must apply for and maintain medical staff membership and clinical privileges if required by the employment agreement
willingness to maintain quality of care while meeting business outcomes
licensed to practice medicine in the state of Alaska
ability to work Monday through Friday outpatient clinic schedule
authorization to work full-time
commitment to collaborative patient care
readiness to participate in continuing education

Job Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of medicine
board eligible or board certified by the appropriate certifying board
current DEA number
commitment to healthcare and concern for people in distress
critical listening skills and clear communication abilities
ability to work as part of a team and interact well with diverse populations
excellent interpersonal skills
willing to continuously update skills

Job Duties

Perform and interpret nuclear cardiolite scans
conduct exercise stress testing
perform transesophageal echocardiograms
carry out electrical cardioversion
place loop recorders
see patients in an outpatient clinic setting
interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, holter, and event monitors
