Job Requirements
- Legally able to work in the United States
- must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- two years of previous food and beverage, customer service and knife handling experience
- excellent communication skills
- able to work weekends, nights and holidays
- must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 5 hours
- maintain professional appearance
- ability to pass a thorough background-check as prescribed by CPN Gaming Commission

Job Duties
- Carving and serving tableside freshly prepared cuts of meats for the guest according to established standards
- maintaining positive guest satisfaction by answering questions and accommodating special requests
- cleaning, organizing and restocking product and equipment at the end of the shift
- following established safety standards using safe food handling guidelines and maintaining a clean work area
- completing opening and closing checklists
- referring to the Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties
- taking 100 percent responsibility for quality of products served
- stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service periods
- understanding and complying consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- handling, storing and rotating all products properly
- attending all scheduled employee meetings and bringing suggestions for improvement
- promptly reporting equipment and food quality problems to management staff
- informing management immediately of product shortages
- using the Standard Recipe Book for preparing all products
- performing related food service duties including expo or other service assistance
- performing other duties assigned by Culinary Chefs or manager-on-duty
- accurately taking food orders
- explaining and describing menu items to customers
- describing preparation methods of special menu items
- maintaining a professional appearance
