- Previous experience in grilling or cooking meats preferred
- knowledge of Brazilian churrasco or similar cooking techniques a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook special cuts of beef and other meats according to traditional Brazilian churrasco recipes
- season and grill food according to prescribed traditional method and guests' specific requests
- portion, garnish and present food in the style of Brazilian gaucho
- answer guests' questions concerning churrasco-style food and represent Brazilian gaucho culture and demeanor
- maintain cleanliness of the grill area
- complete beginning and closing shift duties
- perform any other duties assigned
